Combat UI: enemy track rework, tooltips, card hover polish
- CombatSceneBuilder: enemy track rebuilt with top-anchored red strip
- CombatSceneBuilder: enemy track rebuilt with top-anchored red strip pushed above portraits (pos Y 32), 3 status bars per enemy (HP / Armor / Shield), intent value below, status icons in a dedicated row. Combat log panel extended to y=-105 so 12+ lines fit.
- Red arrow between player and track moved to top-level sibling so it always renders on top of enemy cards.
- CombatUIManager: player status row uses StatusIconBuilder (shape+ color+glyph+stacks); debuff names no longer clutter the stance line — floating hover tooltip handles names/descriptions for both player AND enemy icons.
- EnemyUI: global uniform scale across slots so multi-enemy rows render evenly. Scale-up on hover for feedback.
- CardUI: SetOriginalPosition / forcePlayable / SetPlayable so display-only reward screens don’t shrink cards to zero via the Update lerp target.
