VFXManager centralizes the combat-feel effects: scale-aware floating damage numbers (player + enemies), screen shake with per-damage intensity, hit-punch scale+tint flash, rect-transform position tweens for enemy advance, count-up text for gold, slide-fade for reward card reveal, and scale-punch for UI slams.

Also adds:

  • FloatingTooltipUI: cursor-following popup for buff/debuff hover
  • StatusIconBuilder: shared shape+color+glyph status icons with tooltips
  • UIPulseGlow: animated glow for actionable UI (USE TOKEN button)
