Now references every companion doc + companion code path (Demo controllers, Sequence Capture window, trailer-pipeline CLI, ElevenLabs music gen, the new Claude Desktop trailer-production skill). Adds 5-phase structure (Foundations / Outreach / Launch Week / Post-Launch / Growth) with anti-patterns + budget snapshot + key metrics.
